What will you do? 

  • Handle a claimant personal injury caseload 
  • Advise vulnerable individuals on EL, PL (and RTA) claims
  • Manage a full range of cases, both existing and new 
  • Support senior team members in the management of high value catastrophic claims
  • Attend meetings and court proceedings 
  • Foster strong client relationships, demonstrating tact and sensitivity 

What will you need? 

  • At least 1 year of experience as a personal injury solicitor or legal executive 
  • Personal Injury experience 
  • Ideally your experience should be from a claimant background
