PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR Location: Liverpool Salary: Up to £45,000
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Solicitor/CILEX to join our client’s Casualty Team in Liverpool. This role will see you managing a caseload of defendant claims, including public liability (PL) and employer liability (EL) cases. You’ll be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as liaising with clients, conducting liability investigations, and managing cases through to resolution. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team providing expert legal services to the public sector and insurance clients across the UK.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven track record in managing defendant claims, particularly in PL/EL cases.
In-depth knowledge of housing and social care law, including abuse claims.
Strong drafting and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload with strong organisational skills.
Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach to tasks.
A client-focused attitude, ensuring a high standard of legal service delivery.
The ability to meet targets and deadlines while adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
