Business Development Manager - Insurance

Warrington/hybrid

The Role

 As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Business Manager to identify business priorities and plan accordingly.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager: -

  • Generate new business through identification of new clients and in-person meetings
  • Promote the company's products and services
  • Manage and develop existing relationships with business partners
  • Conduct client visits and site surveys to assess risks and needs
  • Create and deliver presentations tailored to clients' needs

Required knowledge and experience for the Business Development Manager role:

  • Experience in an insurance and sales environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to build good professional working relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercially minded with good business acumen
