Personal Lines Compliance Manager

An insurance business, that is backed by a major private equity firm, is currently seeking to hire their first compliance manager.

Supported by the Chief Risk Officer, you will play a key role in writing compliance policy and procedure, managing consumer duty implementation and ensuring that the firm is compliant with PRA and FCA regulation.

The firm is relatively new to market and will be growing at a rapid rate over the next few years, giving you the opportunity to grow a team around you.

Insurance is placed in the Lloyd's and Company markets and whilst not essential, experience of both would be advantageous.

It is anticipated that you will currently be at Senior Compliance Analyst or Compliance Manager level with a personal lines insurance organisation.

(This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the City of London office three days a week)
