Personal Tax Senior

INCREDIBLE opportunity for a Personal Tax Senior to join a well-established, independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Harrogate.

This role will provide long-term career progression opportunities, with the support of the existing team. Offering a wide range of services, this firm provide well-rounded support to their clients within Tax, Accounts, Audit, Payroll, and Bookkeeping.

As a Personal Tax Senior, your will be responsible for:

• Managing your own portfolio of self-assessment tax clients.
• Preparation and review of Self-Assessment Tax Returns for individuals, partnerships, and Trusts, across a wide range of clients.
• Creating solutions for clients on a range of tax matters including Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and dealing with HMRC enquiries,
• Preparation of forms P11d and calculation of benefits in kind for employees.
• Assist with advisory work as and when required.

About you:

• 3+ years' experience, working as a Personal Tax Senior in Accountancy Practice.
• ATT or CTA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Can support someone who is towards the end of their studies.
• Confident taking on a portfolio of personal tax clients, with the support of the existing team.
