PFI Contracts Manager- FM

Exeter region with hybrid working

Circa £35,000plus £3k car allowance and 27 days holiday

Our client, one of the most valued service providers in the UK, is now seeking an experienced PFI Contracts Manager in the Exeter region.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of bluelight properties. This includes hard and soft services, whilst ensuring that PFI targets and process are adhered to.

Your background:


We're looking for previous PFI Contract Management experience, alongside previous experience in Facilities Management
