Seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join a well established health care team in Roxburghshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective medication use and providing health advice to our patients.

Description

  • Provide patient consultations and deliver high-quality health advice.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
  • Ensure accurate dispensing and control of medication.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy assistants and technicians.
  • Manage stock levels and order pharmaceutical supplies as required.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.
  • Comply with healthcare regulations and laws.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy department.

Profile

A successful Pharmacist should have:

  • Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer

  • An attractive salary depending on experience and if an Independent Prescriber (IP).
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9am -5pm
  • Alternate Saturdays with day off during the week.
