Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for review)
Working Hours:
  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (45-minute unpaid lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
  • Support the procurement team in managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required within the procurement office.
Essential Requirements:
  • NVQ qualification as a Pharmacy Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
