Pharmacy Growth – Test and Learn Store Project Team AssistantVacancy closing date: 23rd June 2024Secondment length: 7 monthsRecruitment Partner: Emily Smith-KennyWe have a new and exciting opportunity available to join the Pharmacy Operations Development team as a Pharmacy Growth – Test and Learn Project Team Assistant!Reporting to the Pharmacy Growth – Test and Learn Store Project Manager, the Pharmacy Growth – Test and Learn Project Team Assistant will be a part of the project team, supporting the Pharmacy Growth programme to assess the impact of a number of exciting new processes which radically change the customer offer. This will include supporting in store colleagues, executing new dispensary tasks and collecting data.This role is a great opportunity to be part of a newly established project team, that will test and learn a series of operational changes, and monitor the impact on customer satisfaction and experience. You will be able to demonstrate your wide range of skills to a broad set of stakeholders, that could lead to further career development opportunities.
