A fantastic opportunity for a qualified pharmacist to manage a fully staffed independent community pharmacy in St Neots.

Our client is an independent community pharmacy, looking for a GPhC registered pharmacist to join and manage the branch. The ideal candidate will be a leader with excellent communication skills, previous managerial experience is not essential.

Any training that you may wish to complete can also be arranged for you, and you will have profit shares in any new services you introduce to the branch, increasing your earning potential!

  • The client can provide Tier 2 Sponsorship if needed.


Key Duties

  • Work as part of and manage a team to ensure the store runs safely and effectively.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Provide line management to the support staff.
  • Provide and encourage services.
  • Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered.
  • Have great communication skills and the ability to build working relationships.
