Popular community Pharmacy are seeking a new Pharmacy Manager for their successful branch in Falmouth

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will set the standard for your team, motivating them to provide excellent customer service. You will also be able to maintain a positive atmosphere in a dynamic setting, all while ensuring the store meets its performance goals. • Robust induction period and any further necessary training provided
• Salary up to £63,000p/a based on 45hrs, depending on experience

Key Duties

• 45 hrs p/w + alternate Saturdays
• Tier 2 Sponsorship available
• Experience of working in a community pharmacy
• Ideally have experience of leading a team
• Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Qualified Pharmacist with MPharm Qualification
• Registered with the GPHC
• Unsuitable for Newly Qualified Pharmacists
