As a Pharmacist Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the team within your store to ensure they achieve excellence, provide exceptional customer care and patient safety. You will oversee all aspects of the pharmacy store operations, to deliver outstanding customer service, profitably.


Key Duties

  • Overall management and responsibility of the branch including dispensing, checking and providing clinical services.
  • Ensuring every member of the team has strong relationships with patients, GP Surgeries and health care professionals.
  • Lead the management of a professional and productive team.
  • Delivery of company targets, staff management and patient safety.
  • Deliver and demonstrate the Day Lewis working core values.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Registered on the GPHC
  • Qualified Pharmacist in the UK
