Physiotherapist- Band 6

Community working, Stroke Experience

Location: Hull

Start date- ASAP

End date- 5+ months

Shift Pattern:

Full or Part time
8:00 - 4:00 (Mon - Fri)

Skills/Experience:

Community based to work on Early Supported Discharge.
Need to be qualified not necessarily Post Grad 3yrs
System one desirable but not essential
Valid UK Driving Licence
Must be self motivated and aspirational, be able to assess in an effective and timely manner in a rapid paced environment. Pathways will support early recognition of deterioration with appropriate escalation processes in place to maintain patient safety
Support will be provided to enhance operational management skills and the post holder will contribute to service planning, development and teaching
