Band 6 Physiotherapist

Band 6- Inpatient/Community Rehabilitation locum Physiotherapist

Up to 37 hours (Full-Time) for a period of 3 months
Potential scope to extend time periodif unable to recruit to post- starting ASAP
To provide inpatient and community/ domiciliary rehabilitation for conditions including stroke, frailty, elderly rehab., joint replacements, multiple sclerosis etc.
Use of own car required for work purposes (pool cars readily available but use of own car required as back up)
On site accommodation currently full but other local options available
To work closely with the integrated & multidisciplinary teams
Attend weekly MDT meetings and daily huddles as required
To provide leave cover for colleagues
