As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a variety of physical conditions. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans that enhance patient recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy in community settings and acute hospital environments.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience working in both community and acute hospital settings.
