Job Role: Feeder - Stacker - Packer
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £12.13 per hour
Hours: Various shift patterns depending on demand.

This company is a family run business which was established in 1983. My client invented the packaging Amazon uses today and is proudly Europe's largest independent producer of postal packaging, on a mission to eradicate plastics from ecommerce.
Purpose of a Feeder - Stacker - Packer:
Duties will involve the sorting, inspecting and packing of cardboard envelopes, cartons and wallets.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities for a Feeder - Packer - Stacker:
- Inspecting
Print / Colour Differences
Crease / Fold
Gluing and Glue Flap
Glue Lines
Straight / Folded correctly
- Packing
How many in a box
How stacked in box
Markers in batches when coming out of a machine
How stacked on pallet
- Quality
Checks every 15 minutes alongside the Minder
Check Glue / Glue Lines / Fit (if inserting an object)
- General Information
Explanation of the different types of cartons / wallets / envelopes
Explanation of different types of seals
Procedure if problem discovered
Common Problems
Other Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment (5S) in the process area
- Is highly flexible to cover other machines and learn new processes
- Actively participates with all team members
