Job Title: Picker
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Location: Chelmsford
Shifts: Various day Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from the warehouse according to order sheets.
• Pack picked items into designated trolleys or containers for dispatch.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of orders before dispatch.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts and restocking shelves.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience using handheld scanners in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with pick-and-pack systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and managing inventory.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
