My client is a SME plumbing sub-contractor and has a nice project just started in Hampstead, London, and is looking for a pair of Pipe Fitter / Plumbers to work on a housing project for around 4-6 months, possibly longer.
 
HOURLY RATE : £24.00 per hour
 
LOCATION : Hampstead, London
 
DATE COMMENCING : Monday 10th March 2025
 
LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 4-6 months - could be longer
 
HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am - 16:30
· Book 8.5 hours per day
 
JOB DESCRIPTION : Pipe Fitter / Plumber
 
As the Pipe Fitter / Plumber, your daily duties will be to install all 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and pipe work to the housing apartments, SVP drainage on commercial properties. You should have experience within cat iron, and using Alumasc water management systems. You must be able to read drawings and work on your own.
 
REQUIREMENTS :
· CSCS Skills card
· Either pipe fitting skills card or plumbing skills card
· PPE
· Carry all your own tools
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION :
· Reliable
· Hard Working
· Has the experience on some or all of the above
· Can get to site in Hampstead and work the full hours per week
 
Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Marvel Payroll, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
