DCS Recruitment currently seek an established Pipe Fitters and mates to work on a large civils project in various site Locations Between Sheffield on behalf of a national sub-contractor.

Works Will be:

Mechanical installation, working from Technical drawings and industry specification. Installation of plant, equipment, pipework systems and structural steelwork For Utilities and waste to energy sectors

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand piping layouts.
  • Cut, thread, and assemble pipes using various tools and techniques (e.g., welding, soldering, brazing).
  • Install pipe supports like brackets, straps, and hangers.
  • Conduct pressure testing to ensure system integrity and identify leaks.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on existing piping systems (if applicable).
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.

You will need to be able to provide relevant work references and proof of right to work ID prior to start.
