My client is looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter / Plumber, someone that has vast knowledge in working with cast iron SVP / RWP amongst other duties. Long time works for the right candidate, nice high end project to work on.
 
HOURLY RATE : £24 per hour - CIS
 
LOCATION : Hampstead, London
 
DATE COMMENCING : Tuesday 6th May 2025
 
LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 5-6 months
 
HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am - 16:30pm
· Book 9 hours per day
 
JOB DESCRIPTION : Pipe Fitter / Plumber
 
Full 1st and 2nd fix of 30 high end luxury apartments in Hampstead.
 
Your main duties will be working with cast iron SVP/ RWP, underfloor heating and rainwater systems. This is long term work for the right person. You will be joining one other Pipe Fitter and mate onsite.
 
REQUIREMENTS :  Pipe Fitter / Plumber
· CSCS / JIB Card
· IPAF (not essential)
· PPE
· Tools
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION : Pipe Fitter / Plumber
· Cast Iron experience
· SVP / RWP experience
· Problem solving ability
· Can work as a team
