Our client is a well-established plumbing & heating business that prides themselves on service, due to continued success they are expanding the division. We are seeking an experienced Schedular / Planner to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling job cards for the external engineering teams
  • Taking technical calls with business customers & residential customers
  • Using the inhouse scheduling system - BigChange
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Booking parts and dealing with suppliers
  • Managing new stock and parts that come into the business
  • Processing invoices
  • Managing new quotes

Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail along with multitasking skills
• Competent IT skills
• Ability to manage own workload
