Role - Planner/Scheduler

Location - Sheffield, S25

Contract - Temporary (with potential to go permanent)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with one hour lunch

Rate - £13.00ph

Adecco Sheffield are delighted to be recruiting for 2 Planner/Schedulers to join our reputable client based in the Sheffield, S25 area.

The ideal candidates will be organised and customer focussed with strong prioritisation and administration skills. Experience in a similar role is advantageous where previous duties have included planning/scheduling engineers, technicians or works!

This is a fantastic opportunity where there may be the opportunity for the role to become permanent!

Working within a team, duties will include:

• Planning and scheduling Engineer's appointments
• Communicating with Engineers and Customers via telephone and email
• Booking allocated jobs in to the planning system
• Ensuring any cancelled or rescheduled appointments are rebooked
• Utilising and maintaining CRM database
