Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Bradford-based retail business. We are seeking an Assistant Merchandise Planner to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Merchandise Planner:

  • Work closely with the Merchandising team to pull planning reports and analyse data
  • Analyse store performance and customer requests, demonstrating findings and ensuring all factors are evaluated to get the most accurate report
  • Assist in the management of events or the release of new ranges
  • Support internal teams with product selection and make recommendations based off real data
  • Regularly review trading reports to spot potential risks and opportunities
  • Look to improve reporting process’ and efficiency

To be successful in this Assistant Merchandise Planner role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical with strong numerical abilities
  • Commercially minded with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive profit growth
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines
