Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Public Sector Organisationin the search for an experienced Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer. This is a part time position where you will be handling various planning and highways matters including supporting the Planning Authority with a large scale TCPA application and general planning advice.


Duties may include:

  • Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including TCPA 1992 applications, section 106 agreements and section 38 and 278 agreements
  • Handling planning, large scale development and highways matters
  • Building relationships with the Organisation’s clients and partnerships to optimise the provision of legal services

This post is part time, (22.5 hours per week over 3 days) on a remote basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
