Planning Legal exec needed in Grays £18.14ph ref 1302703

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Must have:

  • experience and a sound knowledge of highways law
  • experience and a sound knowledge of planning law
  • experience doing Section 278 and Section 38 agreements
  • experience doing planning enforcement notices and CLEUDs
  • ability and knowledge to answer miscellaneous queries on highways
  • ability and knowledge to do other planning work

Desirable:

Preferably from a local authority background
