A Planning NQ is sought by this Legal firm to lead and manage a newly created team and ensure that new technology or processes are adopted effectively and efficiently across the firm. This is an excellent opportunity to drive and lead adoption of new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities of the Planning NQ

• Offers clients a full spectrum of expertise and handles a range of complex mandates in the residential, commercial and infrastructure and environmental and waste sectors, as well as contentious work in Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings.
• Working on large scale development consent orders, compulsory acquisitions, giving strategic planning advice, reviewing environmental statements, assisting with project management and supporting our national real estate practice.

Skills & Attributes of the Planning NQ

• You will need to be a newly qualified solicitor with the relevant training.
• Evidence of strong academics.
• Experience of working within a large legal team.
• Able to demonstrate interest in this area of law.
