Job Title: Plant Fitter

Location: Buxton

Salary: £43k

Our client is a major Aggregates company, and they are seeking a skilled Heavy Plant Fitter to join their quarry maintenance team. The role offers above average pay and great overtime opportunities, the successful candidate will be required to maintain and repair a range of fixed Heavy Plant Machinery on-site.

If you have proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role, preferably in the Aggregates, Waste or Construction industries, then we would very interested in talking to you.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role, preferably in the waste management or construction industry.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in heavy machinery.
* Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
