Are you from an agriculture or industrial manufacturing background looking to gain technical training within the growing renewable energy sector and specialise your skill set?

Do you have hands on experience looking for a role that will offer long term job security and a career in the renewable industry?

This growing company build, operate, and maintain biomass plants across the southwest, with goals to expand over the upcoming years. They are now looking for a Plant Operator to join their team in Winchester.

In this role you will be maintaining, monitoring, operating and carrying out inspections on plant equipment. You will ensure the working conditions are safe and clean for the plant to operate.

The Role:

  • Maintenance and checks of the CHP Biomass Plant
  • Plant performance and optimisation checks
  • Cleaning of the plant
  • 4 on and off shift pattern
  • On call rota

The Candidate:

  • Agriculture or waste management background
  • Hands on or maintenance experience
  • Mechanical skillset
  • Full UK driving licence
