In this role, the Plant Operations Technician will execute operational and maintenance tasks following established procedures, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the biomass energy plant. They will also play a key role in problem-solving, conducting plant inspections, and maintaining meticulous records to uphold optimal plant performance and safety standards.

The ideal Plant Operations Technician is experienced in power utilities, skilled in mechanical and electrical operations, and adept at problem-solving and team collaboration, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance.

The role:

• Execute operational and maintenance tasks
• Conduct routine plant inspections and operational checks.
• Support the Production Team Leader and cover duties within fuel and ash production teams as needed.

The Person:

• Experience in the power utility sector
• Proficiency in mechanical or electrical operations and fault-finding techniques.
• Willingness to work shifts covering 24/7 operations, including weekends.
