Plastic Fabricator

c£12 per hour (depending on experience)

Watford, Herts

Our Client are an established and highly successful Graphic Production Company who specialise in providing innovative, tailored solutions for well known companies within Retail, Exhibitions, and Film & TV.

This role will involve manufacturing products from acrylic, wood and other plastics for displays and exhibitions.You will be required to use, clean and maintain industrial machinery such as heat benders, bonding jigs, table routers etc.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of fabrication, be used to working to precise dimensions and have an eye for detail.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday. Overtime is available.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous fabricating experience in wood, metal or plastics
  • Able to work to precise dimensions
  • Initiative and problem solving skills
  • Eye for quality and attention to detail
  • Be able to work from plans.
  • Good team working skills and also able to work independently
  • Ability to understand and follow safe manufacturing procedures
  • Be comfortable working to deadlines
