Plot Conveyancer

Our client is a well-established, multi-discipline firm with offices across England. The firm has an outstanding reputation within the industry, and prides itself on proving outstanding service to clients and a fantastic place to work for their members of staff. This is an excellent firm to work for with brilliant leadership, a great atmosphere and regular company events. They are a market leader within residential development, and are looking for a Plot Conveyancer to join their Plot Sales team in the Guildford office.

Duties

  • Handling a range of 50+ plot conveyancing files
  • Using the CRM to keep files organised
  • Communicating with clients and keeping them updated throughout the process
  • Ensuring that clients receive an outstanding service
  • Liaising with developers and other parties involved in transactions
  • Building professional relationships
  • Maintaining fantastic knowledge of plot conveyancing, and keeping up to date with any developments in the sector

You

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years’ conveyancing experience, carrying your own caseload with minimal supervision - either in residential or plot conveyancing
  • Ability to view situations from the perspective of the business
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised with time and documents
  • Ability to prioritise a workload
  • Proactive approach towards your work
  • Good IT skills
  • Discretion and professionalism

On Offer

  • Annual salary up to £45,000 dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working available - 3 days in the office, 2 at home (some flexibility around this)
  • Monday-Friday 9-5.30
