Our client is a well-established, multi-discipline firm with offices across England. The firm has an outstanding reputation within the industry, and prides itself on proving outstanding service to clients and a fantastic place to work for their members of staff. They are a market leader within residential development, and are looking for a Plot Conveyancer to join their Plot Sales team in the Leeds office.

Duties

• Handling a range of 50+ plot conveyancing files
• Using the CRM to keep files organised
• Communicating with clients and keeping them updated throughout the process

You

• You must have a minimum of 1 years’ plot conveyancing experience, carrying your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Ability to view situations from the perspective of the business
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Organised with time and documents
• Ability to prioritise a workload
• Proactive approach towards your work
• Good IT skills
• Discretion and professionalism
• Ability to remain calm and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

On Offer

• Annual salary up to £36,000
• Hybrid working available - 2 days working from home per week
• Monday-Friday
