Plot Conveyancer – Leading National Firm – Manchester

A top-tier opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join the Manchester office of a highly respected national law firm, renowned for its market-leading work in the housebuilding sector.

This firm’s plot sales team is regarded as one of the best in the country, acting for the UK’s top 10 house builders and maintaining exceptional, long-standing client relationships. Known for their quality of service and team culture, they offer a supportive environment with genuine career progression.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of plot sales matters from inception through to completion. This will include dealing with pre-contract enquiries, part exchange purchases and resales, drafting plot sales paperwork, and ensuring a smooth exchange and completion process. The role will also involve regular communication with housebuilder clients, so strong client relationship skills are essential.
For those interested, there is also the option to mentor junior members of the team, offering a route into leadership within the department.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in a plot sales conveyancing role is essential.
  • A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Shared ownership experience is desirable but not essential.
