An award-winning CQS-approved firm renowned for its exceptional client care is now looking for a Residential Plot Sales Paralegal to bolster its outstanding team! 

Role Overview

The busy residential conveyancing department is seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal with expertise in plot sales. As the successful candidate, you will play a vital role in managing plot sales transactions and ensuring a smooth process for clients.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Liaison and Communication:
    • Liaise with estate agents, developers and buyers' lawyers to facilitate transactions
    • Request redemption figures and coordinate with lenders to release plots from security
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    •  Assist in the preparation of the sale contract pack
    • Report to clients with contracts to sign and handle buyers' lawyer enquiries
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Proficiently use Excel to prepare weekly reports for developers
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role
    • Demonstrate a polished telephone manner and excellent organisational skills

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a conveyancing paralegal with a focus on plot sales
  • Skills:
    • Strong liaison skills with estate agents, developers and legal professionals
    • Proficient in Excel for reporting and documentation purposes
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
    • Polished telephone manners and effective communication skills
