We're looking for a Plumber to join our FM team based in Wiltshire.
Location: Wiltshire - Multi Site. This is a mobile role. On Call hours are required - rota to be agreed upon hire.
Contract: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Permanent.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Plumber, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in PPM's and reactive maintenance across the Client estates.
Your day to day will include:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues across commercial properties.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency repairs to make safe plumbing and fabric issues.
What are we looking for?
This role of Plumber is great for you if:
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to be part of an on-call rota for emergency call-outs.
