Your new role
Position: Maintenance Plumber
Location: Loughborough, single site, ranging from halls of residence and commercial office buildings.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No overtime while temporary)
Contract Type: 3 months. After 3 months, temporary to permanent positions are available.
Pay Rate: £21 p/hr (Umbrella)

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance plumbing tasks across multiple buildings.
• Tasks could include: bathroom and kitchen repairs, system maintenance, leaks and pipe damage.
• Ensure plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Respond to reactive plumbing emergencies and routine maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address site-wide issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a plumber in a similar setting.
• Minimum Level 2 qualification, ideally Level 3.
• Own tools required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
