We’re on the lookout for an experienced Plumber to join a fast-moving site in Maidstone, working on a full property transformation being converted into stylish flats.

What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be responsible for first and second fix plumbing throughout the site: • First fix: Installing all the pipework, soil stacks, and water supply systems before walls and floors are sealed up • Second fix: Final connections such as sinks, baths, taps, and appliances once the space is ready for finishing touches
This is your chance to be involved from the inside out – building the infrastructure that brings these homes to life.
What You’ll Need: • Valid CSCS card • Own tools and transport • Previous experience with residential plumbing on refurbishment or new build projects • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
