Plumbing and Pipework Supervisor

We are looking for a plumbing supervisor to join our team and oversee the delivery of plumbing, mechanical and electrical services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all services are carried out in line with SLA’s, company policies and health and safety standards. You will also mentor engineers and apprentices, provide technical support, produce reports and quotations, and build excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Hours of work is 8am - 5pm, 23 days holiday, call out, Van, Good progression.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A time served mechanical / plumbing apprenticeship

City & Guilds or equivalent Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering

Minimum six years’ experience in the field

A proactive and innovative approach to service delivery

A good understanding and working knowledge of L8/Legionella, BMS systems and all other M&E & HVAC

IT literacy and comfort working with an electronic works management system (CAFM)

A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and a motivation to excel

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Confidence working on large complex mechanical and electrical systems and various types of pipework and fittings

A willingness to form part of an on-call rota and contribute to the productivity and profit of your team
