• Deliver high-quality teaching to full-time students aged 16-18 in the field of Plumbing.
• Engage and inspire students through practical and theoretical instruction.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of course materials.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Commit to personal professional development and participate in training as required.

• Demonstrable expertise and experience in Plumbing.
• Motivated by helping others learn and committed to making a difference in students’ lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• Willingness to work towards the Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET) within the first year of joining the college, if not already qualified.
