Poker Affiliate Manager

BettingJobs is thrilled to partner with our client, an exciting new cryptocurrency-focused betting platform, in their search for an experienced Poker Affiliate Manager to join their team remotely.

Our client launched earlier this year and now employs 25 team members across technical, marketing, customer service, and risk teams. This role would be well suited to individuals with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Affiliate management role, specifically within the poker/iGaming industry. Additional experience with crypto platforms is highly preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the overall affiliate strategy for the poker platform, supporting other verticals as needed.
• Grow the affiliate program by developing plans to attract, recruit, and retain top affiliates.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal growth and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, negotiating and managing commercial agreements.
• Act as the primary contact for affiliates, offering support and guidance while monitoring performance and generating reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, stay updated on industry trends, and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming/poker industry.
• Proven track record in managing successful affiliate programs with measurable results.
• Strong network of affiliates and understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in affiliate management software and data-driven decision-making.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
