Our client is an international SME seeking a Polish speaking Account Manager to join their team based in our modern Bordon office. You will mainly support Polish based customers, handling customer enquiries, processing orders and account managing them. There will also be some support to UK based customers. You will have business level written and spoken Polish and English.

Main Duties

  • Manage purchase and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and grow existing customer accounts, fostering strong relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from enquiry to order fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to achieve company goals.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Skills and Knowledge

  • Sales and/or account management experience, ideally within a technical environment such as manufacturing or engineering
  • You are fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
  • You possess strong numeracy skills and enjoy applying them to solve problems.
  • You have a passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.

Salary, benefits and hours

  • £26-30K with performance-based commission.
