Porter/Cleaner

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work as a Porter/Cleaner in the property industry? Look no further! We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic individual to join our client's team. If you have a passion for making spaces clean and tidy, then this is the perfect role for you! working in a very prestigious group of Mansion Blocks in West London close to Barons Court tube on the District and Piccadilly line.

This is a temporary position with a contract length of 6 months, starting ASAP. You will be working on a full-time basis Monday to Friday.(Monday Wednesday & Thursday 8am to 5pm Tuesday & Friday 7am to 4pm, with an hourly rate of £14.00.

An excellent command of English is required as you may be requested to cover their reception area covering staff lunch breaks if required.

Working as a Porter/Cleaner for our client, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of their properties. First job of the day is clearing down rubbish from outside the flats then cleaning the blocks. You will also need to clear outside the blocks, yards and paths and watering. You may also be required, one day a week to carry out jet washing, carpet cleaning and steam cleaning around the Estate.

When not covering a porter role you will be working in the gardens and grounds, this may include using some machinery, lawn mowers and leaf blowers together with the same machinery as the porters This is quite physical as up and down stairs with no lifts.
