Portuguese speaking EA required for boutique investment firm. This is a fully remote role which can be based anywhere in the world.

You will be supporting the Portuguese speaking CEO with diary and travel management duties. You will also assist his team with ad-hoc administrative tasks. The company has many investment projects in Brazil and Portugal so a Portguese speaker is highly desirable for the role.

We are seeking an EA with a entrepreneurial and start-up mentality with a high level of initiative and independence who is happy to work in an environment with a flat structure.

The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the world, there is no requirement to come to the office. Normal working hours are 9-5pm with the flexibility to work out of hours if required. This role also offers a high level of initiative and the opportunity to work independently.
