* Compliance & Best Practices: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
* Liaison with External Bodies: Work with HM Land Registry and HMRC portals, set up fee earner accounts, and streamline efficiencies.
* Technical Expertise: Handle complex post-completion matters, including leasehold, shared ownership transactions, SDLTs, and title restrictions.
* Client Service: Maintain high service levels and ensure timely responses to client and stakeholder queries.
* Operational Support: Assist with file closures, indemnity policies, and liaise with lenders and solicitors for efficient resolutions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly update lender panels and referral partners via online platforms (LMS, Lender Exchange).
* Collaboration: Work closely with other Team Leaders and Senior Management to support operational conveyancing teams.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the conveyancing or property sector.
* Leadership Skills: Previous team management experience (desirable but not essential).
* Organisation & Prioritisation: A structured and detail-oriented approach to workload management.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional but approachable manner.
* Tech-Savvy: Competency in MS Office, Case Management Systems, and online portals (Land Registry, SDLT, lender platforms).
* Problem-Solving: Ability to handle deadlines, work under pressure, and manage team performance effectively.
* Drive & Motivation: A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to professional development.

The Perks:

Joining this innovative firm comes with numerous benefits designed to support your career and work-life balance:

* Fantastic Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).

* Financial Security: Competitive salary, regular salary reviews, and death-in-service benefit.
* Work-Life Balance: On-site subsidised canteen, free parking, and fresh fruit daily.
