Post Completions Assistant

A longstanding and highly reputable law firm based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Post Completions Assistant.

This role has become available due to the retirement of a long serving employee. The firm is looking for someone with 2 years’ experience working on post completion matters and full knowledge of the post completion process.

As a Post Completions Assistant, you will be expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative whilst working within an incredibly strong team that takes genuine pride in its work and reputation.

Duties to include

• Submission of SDLT5 return
• Lodging AP1 to Land Registry
• Dealing with Requisitions
• Updating clients and lenders on the current registration
• Be actively involved in business development activities and networking
• Be actively involved in ensuring compliance with CQS
