Permanent Full time Position  

Salary: £41,000 per annum + Housing allowance + Performance Bonus + Attendance Bonus. Total package over £50,000 per annum.
Outskirts of Norwich, Norfolk

Are you an experienced Poultry Farm Manager looking for a new challenge in the poultry industry? We are seeking a dedicated Poultry Farm Manager to oversee our client’s farm in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who has a pristine reputation in the poultry world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the farm, including hands-on involvement in production activities.
  • Supervise and support a team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Authorise and process timesheets, manage working hours, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Lead team meetings and organise training sessions on biosecurity, welfare, and health & safety.
  • Oversee stock management, ordering supplies, and cost control.
  • Implement company policies and drive continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of management experience in a comparable environment.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of livestock breeding operations and biosecurity.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
