Our client is a well-established manufacturer of aluminium and plastic extrusion parts, and they’re on the lookout for a skilled Powder Coating Operative to join their growing team. If you have experience in powder coating or a paint shop environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role with great prospects for progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Setting up and running the powder coating plant
? Carrying out quality checks to ensure a flawless finish
? Adjusting machine settings to maintain high production standards
? Following safe working practices and operational procedures
? Identifying and resolving issues to improve efficiency
? Assisting with preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
? Continuously improving processes to boost productivity and quality

What We’re Looking For:

? Experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role
? A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
? Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and prioritise workload
? Strong teamwork and communication skills
? A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
