Power BI Analyst

Elevation IT have an immediate need for a BI Analyst (Power BI) to join one of our key clients in Brigg on a temporary basis.

1-2 month contract – Hybrid working – Excellent rate.

Having recently implemented power BI my client is looking to hire a Power BI expert to help them through this transition.

As a BI Analyst you will play a pivotal role in analysing complex data sets, creating insightful reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, design robust BI solutions, and present actionable insights using Power BI.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements to develop effective BI solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure accurate and reliable data for analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and best practices to continuously improve our BI capabilities

We are keen to speak with BI / Power BI professionals who possess the following skills & experience:

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Power BI
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
• Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Available for an immediate start
