We are looking for a PPA Primary Teacher in Sefton (L30) for a long-term position beginning in September and ending at the end of the academic year. This PPA Primary Teacher position requires 5 full days of work every week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. Whether you are new to teaching or an experienced teacher, this PPA Primary Teacher role may be ideal you. This position is intended to be permanent by the end of the school year in 2025.

Non-negotiables:

  • The ability to deliver the National Curriculum across all phases.
  • To develop positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
  • Strong behaviour management.
  • Provide a safe environment for the pupils, enabling growth in social and learning development

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Teaching the children in class, ensuring they complete their work
  • Guiding students through the curriculum, marking working, setting home working tasks
  • Managing behaviour
  • Upholding school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
