Reed Marketing are seeking a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Specialist to join a large services provider based in Caerphilly. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing and optimising PPC campaigns in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. The PPC Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategies and driving significant ROI.

Hybrid working - 2- 3 days in the office a week

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms, creating relevant ad groups and copy.
  • Manage relationships with external PPC agencies to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Plan and manage PPC budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and achievement of campaign goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure PPC efforts complement SEO, content, and broader digital marketing initiatives.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC campaign management.
